Event Structure (4 Phases)

Phase 1: Registration - Online submission of application and video.
Phase 2: Facebook Challenge - Public engagement and voting on social media.
Phase 3: Finalist Selection - Judging panel selects the top performers.
Phase 4: Grand Finale - Finalists compete live on the main stage.
